Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive - Financial Services responsible for net-new logo acquisition and strategic pipeline development in the Banking/Financial Services vertical. Leads end-to-end complex enterprise sales cycles, negotiates master services agreements, and positions Iron Mountain's digital portfolio (Agentic AI, Intelligent Document Processing, and Workflow Automation) to modernize core banking workflows with quantified ROI. Requires 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling digital solutions to executive buyers, deep knowledge of digital transformation architectures, and a track record of closing high-value enterprise deals often around $500K ACV. Prior success in co-selling with leading cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and with Global System Integrators, plus the ability to translate complex requirements into business cases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA a plus)
- 8+ years of direct, quota-carrying sales experience selling complex digital solutions to executive-level buyers within Banking/Financial Services
- strong knowledge of digital transformation architectures including AI/ML, Intelligent Document Processing, Content Services/ECM, workflow automation, and Cloud/SaaS
- proven ability to meet/exceed revenue targets and manage complex enterprise sales cycles typically with deals around $500K ACV
- experience co-selling with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Global System Integrators
- ability to translate requirements into quantified business cases with ROI metrics
