Job Summary
Lead enterprise sales to top Financial Services accounts in Belgium, building and executing account plans, and coordinating a virtual team of Solution Specialists and other resources to sell our cloud services to C-level executives and operational decision makers. Drive complex deal cycles, forecast revenue, and evangelize the Salesforce vision through product demonstrations and account-specific initiatives. Must possess a solid track record in solution selling within Financial Services, the ability to map strategic account plans, negotiate complex deals, and nurture senior relationships. Requires strong written and oral communication in English and either French or Dutch, and at least 10 years of software/technology sales, account management, and virtual-team leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Solid track of solution selling experience within the Financial Services account setting
- Experience with mapping out and defining account plans for top tier accounts
- Ability to lead and inspire virtual teams of specialists
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and pitching cloud services to C-level/operational decision makers
- Strong English and either French or Dutch
- At least 10 years of experience in software or technology sales, account management and virtual team leadership
