Enterprise Account Executive (Enterprise Public Sector)

Job Summary
Enterprise Public Sector Account Executive responsible for end-to-end sales across Federal, Provincial, and Municipal government segments in Greater Quebec, with a strong focus on net new business, greenfield opportunities, and channel-partner collaboration. Responsibilities include territory planning, field-based customer engagements, product demos, trials, contract negotiations, and ongoing forecast/account analysis. Requires heavy travel (>50%), fluency in French and English, and experience in B2B software/hardware sales with MEDDIC familiarity. The role emphasizes rapid growth in a fast-paced tech environment and collaboration with cross-functional teams to land major government accounts.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years in B2B software/hardware sales (quota-carrying)
- 2-3+ years of experience building greenfield territories and closing new business within Enterprise Public Sector accounts
- Familiarity with the Canadian public sector landscape (Federal, Provincial, Municipal)
- Hunter sales mentality with proven prospecting and closing major accounts
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and maintain field presence
- BS/BA degree strongly preferred
- Fluency in French and English
- Authorized to work in Canada (no sponsorship)
