Enterprise Account Executive (East Coast)

Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive for Parsec Automation (East Coast) focused on driving revenue growth for TrakSYS MES across the East Coast region. Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and discovery through negotiation and contract execution. Develop relationships with executive stakeholders (Operations, Plant Managers, IT, Digital Transformation) and build a territory strategy to drive pipeline growth and exceed revenue targets. Identify and close net-new enterprise manufacturing customers while expanding opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Partner teams to deliver tailored solutions and demonstrations, and communicate ROI and value of TrakSYS through consultative, ROI-driven selling. Maintain forecasting and pipeline activity in Salesforce and represent Parsec at industry events. Travel approximately 40–50% within the East Coast and occasional travel to Anaheim, CA. This is a remote, field-oriented role with a high degree of autonomy and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of successful B2B software sales experience
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and digital transformation
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
