Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive responsible for acquiring net-new colocation customers from large enterprise accounts, managing the full sales cycle from initial discovery to contract execution. Prospect and qualify opportunities, design customized colocation solutions (cabinets, cages, private suites; power, cooling, redundancy; interconnection and cloud on-ramps), translate technical capabilities into business value and ROI, coordinate internal resources (sales engineering, operations, legal, finance), prepare proposals and pricing, negotiate contracts to meet margin targets, maintain CRM and pipeline forecasts, and develop relationships with channel partners, brokers, and consultants. Requires proven direct sales experience in enterprise IT/infrastructure, ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders, and a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of direct sales experience preferred
- Experience selling complex, multi-year solutions (infrastructure, IT, or services)
- Proven success closing net-new enterprise accounts
- Strong discovery, qualification, and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage both technical and executive-level stakeholders
- Self-motivated with strong territory planning and time management skills
