Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive responsible for net-new colocation deals with large enterprise customers, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution. Focus on identifying technical and business requirements, designing customized colocation solutions (cabinets, cages, private suites; power, cooling, redundancy; interconnection and cloud on-ramps), and translating capabilities into ROI. Requires hunter sales experience, ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments, and collaboration with internal teams (sales engineering, operations, legal, finance) to close deals and exceed new logo revenue targets. Qualified candidates have 5+ years of direct enterprise sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proven ability to engage both technical and executive-level stakeholders; strong discovery, negotiation, and pipeline-management skills are essential.
