Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic, multi-department enterprise sales for Crescendo’s Augmented AI solutions. Build and manage relationships with CX, IT, and executive leadership, tailor presentations and proposals to articulate ROI, engage C-level executives, and drive new business and market expansion across assigned regions. Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure post-sale success and scalable delivery; travel to meet clients and attend key events as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, specifically CX or AI or similar technology solutions
- strong track record of closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals
- experience engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
- consultative selling approach
- ability to manage a complex sales pipeline and meet/exceed quotas
- ability to work remotely with travel as needed
- self-starter with cross-functional collaboration skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
