Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive to drive adoption of Cambridge Spark’s data and AI training solutions with large Spanish enterprises. Be the face of Cambridge Spark during client calls, conferences, and events; show ROI from transformational data & AI skills programs; engage with senior executives and operational teams to position solutions as critical for the AI era. Lead external activities to hit quarterly/yearly net-new revenue targets, prioritise pipeline generation (outreach to C-level / C-1), keep CRM up to date, and manage multi-stakeholder cycles (average deal size around €25K) across 2–4 month cycles. Sell Enterprise AI and data upskilling programs to L&D, HR, CDO/CIO and business-unit leaders at major Spanish corporations; leverage MEDDIC to qualify deals and demonstrate impact, while contributing to Cambridge Spark’s growth and your own accelerated career trajectory.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years as a closing AE in enterprise sales
- Must have carried a quota and sold to enterprise accounts
- Background in B2B tech/SaaS, L&D/edtech, or consulting-style sales
- Experience qualifying deals through MEDDIC
- English and Spanish proficiency, Catalan a plus
