Job Summary

Enterprise Account Executive in Calgary responsible for expanding Verkada’s non-government organization accounts within the region. Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan, dedicating at least 50% of time to field-based activities including customer meetings and site visits. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with emphasis on net new business, negotiations, product demos/trials, and quota attainment. Drive expansion discussions, partner with channel sales for deal registrations, and build market presence through customer engagements, campaigns, conferences, and sector knowledge. Create presentations and proposals, push for urgent deal closure, and provide quarterly business reviews and revenue forecasts. Requires regular travel (>50% of the time, domestic and international as needed).

Required Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years in B2B software/hardware sales (quota-carrying).
  • 2-3+ years of experience building greenfield territories and closing new business within Enterprise accounts
  • Willingness to have a strong field presence multiple days per week; Must live in the territory & be willing to travel up to 50%
  • BS/BA degree is strongly preferred
  • Must live within the Province of Alberta; Calgary is strongly preferred
