Job Summary
Build strategic enterprise relationships with C-suite and technical decision-makers to position Cerio as a trusted partner in AI infrastructure transformation. Create and grow pipeline through targeted account development, executive engagement, and industry networks. Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through close, navigating buying committees and driving deals forward. Connect technology to business value by translating infrastructure solutions into clear outcomes around growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage. Shape go-to-market strategy by bringing customer insights into messaging and sales plays. Collaborate across leadership and delivery teams to win opportunities and drive predictable growth through disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
- A demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
- Experience selling strategic technology solutions to executive buyers
- Success building pipeline through proactive business development
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise buying environments
- Strong business acumen and executive communication skills
- Experience developing account strategies that drive long-term growth
