Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales cycle at a healthcare AI company, selling high-impact solutions to large hospitals, health systems, and clinics. Lead outbound and inbound activity, develop messaging and GTM strategy, deliver compelling demos, forecast and track pipeline in CRM, and advise senior stakeholders. Role involves building the sales motion, shaping how healthcare AI sales is executed, and contributing to the company’s growth as it scales its ARR.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience in health tech, healthcare SaaS, or AI
- Proven success selling into hospitals, health systems, or large provider networks
- Ability to navigate 6–12 month complex deal cycles with multi-stakeholder buyers
- Track record of quota attainment and internal promotions
- Experience driving outbound motion (calls, email, LinkedIn) with strong pipeline discipline
- In-person work 4 days per week in San Francisco; travel-ready for conferences and client meetings
