Enterprise Account Executive

Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive responsible for driving growth within a defined portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in the United States and Canada. Lead new logo acquisition and multi-site expansion by engaging plant-level operators and executive leaders, selling AssetWatch’s predictive maintenance platform (including vibration, temperature, oil, and emerging solutions), and developing ROI-focused business cases. Build strategic account plans, manage a high-quality pipeline, run pilots and value-based engagements, and close complex enterprise agreements. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to drive adoption, expansion, and territory strategy. Must navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, articulate business value through ROI, and effectively communicate across operations and reliability leadership. Remote-first with distributed teams across the United States and Ontario, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales in a complex or technical environment
- 5+ years of experience selling directly to plant-level personas (e.g., maintenance, reliability, operations)
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in enterprise or strategic account sales
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales processes
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quantify and communicate ROI
- Experience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or asset-intensive environments preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling predictive maintenance, IIoT, SaaS, or industrial technology solutions
- Familiarity with reliability programs, maintenance workflows, and plant operations
- Experience with land-and-expand sales models
- Ability to navigate both plant-level and corporate decision-making structures
