Job Summary

Enterprise Account Manager responsible for end-to-end relationship and strategic growth for a portfolio of enterprise accounts in Asia. Develop and execute strategic account plans, build long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders (including executives), identify expansion and new business opportunities, lead complex sales cycles from qualification to close, partner with Customer Success to drive adoption and growth, and demonstrate value of Miro’s platform. Requires 5+ years in SaaS enterprise sales, proven quota attainment, and strong skills in discovery, strategic planning, and value selling; MEDDPICC/Miller Heiman proficiency; bilingual Korean and Mandarin is advantageous.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS enterprise Account Management or Account Executive experience in Asia
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets via new business and account expansion
  • Experience managing full customer lifecycle including renewals and expansions (ACV typically $50k-$150k+)
  • Ability to engage and communicate value with diverse stakeholders including C-level/VPs
  • Strong discovery, strategic account planning, and value selling skills
  • Experience with MEDDPICC or Miller Heiman methodologies
  • Collaborative experience with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and internal teams

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful experience in a quota-carrying Account Management or Account Executive role within SaaS, managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts in Asia
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets through both new business acquisition and account expansion/growth
  • Experience managing the full customer lifecycle, including renewals and driving expansion opportunities (deals typically in the $50k-$150k+ ACV range)
  • Strong ability to build relationships and communicate value with C-level/VP executives
  • Excellent discovery, strategic account planning, and value selling skills
  • Proficiency with MEDDPICC or Miller Heiman methodologies
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and internal teams
  • Bi-lingual in Korean and Mandarin is advantageous
