Job Summary

Enterprise Account Executive responsible for owning the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing—driving revenue growth by expanding existing customer relationships and up-selling across multiple stakeholders. Collaborates with Sales Engineers, SDRs, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, Channel/Partnership Managers, and executive sponsors to develop territory/account strategies, align Asana solutions with strategic goals, and expand usage into new departments. Builds trust with C-level and IT decision-makers, delivers tailored, value-driven strategies, and works cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless adoption and measurable ROI. Requires a track record of enterprise/B2B closing sales, strong negotiation skills, and comfort navigating complex deals with long sales cycles. Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies and a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in an Enterprise sales role
  • 4-8+ years of experience in a B2B closing sales role
  • SaaS experience a plus
  • Proven track record of quota attainment
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong consultative selling or strategic account management skills
  • Ability to build trust with C-suite executives and IT decision-makers
  • Willingness to learn about AI tools and emerging technologies
