Job Summary

Enterprise Account Executive APAC responsible for accelerating ARR growth in Greater China and India, plus MSP partnerships across APAC. Drive direct enterprise logo acquisition and existing account expansion while enabling MSP partners. Manage multi-threaded engagements with IT practitioners up to CIO/CTO/security leadership, articulate Lansweeper’s evolved platform narrative, and navigate three commercial motions (direct enterprise, MSP enablement, and partner coordination). Requires 5–7 years of B2B SaaS/technology sales, experience selling to IT/security buyers, and familiarity with MEDDIC/Challenger. Role is fully remote with hybrid options in Singapore or Australia, involving multi-time-zone coordination. AI fluency with daily use of AI tools to support research, outreach, and pipeline management is expected.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience
  • Experience selling into IT and/or security buyer personas
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong command of account planning, pipeline management, and ARR-based forecasting
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger, or equivalent
  • Comfortable operating in a remote, multi-time-zone environment

Desired Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience
  • Experience selling into IT and/or security buyer personas (IT leaders, network admins, CISOs, CTOs)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong command of account planning, pipeline management, and ARR-based forecasting
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, or equivalent)
  • Comfortable operating in a remote, multi-time-zone environment
  • Preferred: Experience with MSP or MSSP partners and partner enablement
  • Preferred: Mandarin language proficiency
  • Preferred: Existing network within Greater China or India enterprise markets
  • Hunter mentality with strong commercial drive
  • Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills
  • Mature, consultative communication style
  • AI fluency and daily use of AI tools for research, outreach, and pipeline management (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gong)
