Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive based in Seoul responsible for driving adoption of Anthropic's frontier AI solutions across Korea; own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, engaging with C-suite and senior technical stakeholders to transform client businesses with AI. Build and execute territory plans, identify high-value opportunities in key industries, translate AI capabilities into compelling business value, and orchestrate internal teams to deliver customized solutions for complex enterprise requirements. Requires 8+ years of enterprise sales in Korea, proficiency in English and Korean, and a proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals and exceed revenue targets. Hybrid work model in a role that involves driving go-to-market strategy, shaping regional product feedback, and fostering relationships with major Korean corporations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in Korea
- Business-level English and Korean
- Track record of managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals in the Korean market
- Experience negotiating highly complex, customized commercial agreements with multiple stakeholders in Korean corporate environments
- Ability to navigate Korean enterprise stakeholder ecosystems, building consensus and providing innovative solutions
- History of exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced organizations with evolving pipeline and sales processes
