Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive for AIOps/Observability leading multi-quarter, multi-figure enterprise deals. Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close, build and manage pipeline in assigned territory, and engage CIO/CTO and senior infrastructure leaders to translate complex technical challenges into clear business outcomes. Close typically 500K to 1M+ deals with high-level executives, collaborate cross-functionally to drive deal execution, and consistently exceed quota in a large enterprise environment. Remote-friendly, with a strong track record of new business development and experience navigating complex sales cycles in observability or related infrastructure technologies. Compensation aligned with performance, including uncapped commissions and six-figure earnings potential.
Required Qualifications
- 10 plus years of enterprise sales experience in complex software environments
- Demonstrated experience closing deals of 1M or greater
- Consistent quota attainment, ideally achieving target 4 of the last 5 years
- Proven ability to generate pipeline independently
- Experience selling into large enterprise accounts, typically 5B plus in revenue
- Background in observability, AIOps, or related infrastructure technologies
- Strong new business focus with a demonstrated ability to generate pipeline
- Consistent performance against quota over time
- Stable career progression with limited job changes
- Ability to operate independently in a competitive market
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
