Job Summary
Lead full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting through negotiation and close for an AI platform transforming financial services. Build relationships with executives in lending and financial services, tailor the AI solution to industry needs, and demonstrate ROI. Collaborate with the CEO and leadership on pricing, strategy, and playbooks; influence product roadmap with customer feedback; represent the company at industry events and panels in financial services. 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales success in enterprise or strategic AE roles, with a track record of closing six-figure or larger deals with Fortune 1000 or regulated clients. Local to San Francisco (or willing to relocate) and comfortable in in-office collaboration. Comp: Base $150,000; OTE $300,000+; competitive equity; full benefits; in-office mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- enterprise or strategic AE experience
- proven ability to close six-figure or larger deals
- experience selling into financial services, fintech, lending, or adjacent regulated industries
- comfortable in fast-moving, early-stage environments
- local to San Francisco or willing to relocate
- ability to build relationships with executives across lending/financial services
- ability to tailor AI solutions to industry needs
- strong collaboration with CEO and leadership on pricing/strategy
