Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive (AI Insurance Platform) role leading full-cycle enterprise sales in the insurance sector. You’ll drive discovery, solution alignment, and closing of high-value, multi-stakeholder deals for an AI-driven underwriting/workflow automation platform. You’ll partner with SDR/marketing to convert interest into revenue, translate complex insurance workflows into ROI narratives, manage a precise pipeline with forecasting, influence messaging/pricing/process as we scale, and act as a trusted advisor to senior insurance executives. This position emphasizes ownership, impact, and shaping GTM strategy, with in-office responsibilities in San Francisco and visa sponsorship available on a case-by-case basis.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of enterprise, full-cycle closing experience
- Experience selling to insurance carriers, MGAs, or brokers
- Comfort navigating six- to seven-figure ACVs and long sales cycles
- A consultative, workflow-oriented discovery approach
- An ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business value
- Curiosity, resilience, and an appetite for 0→1 environments
- A desire to be in-office with a high-performance GTM team
