Enterprise Account Executive

Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive responsible for selling Abnormal Security solutions to defined enterprise territory in Sweden, hunting and closing new logos, managing enterprise accounts (>3k mailbox organizations) from initial conversations to contract, ensuring renewals and upsell opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally (Sales Engineering, Marketing, BDRs, Product, Customer Success) while maintaining data integrity across sales systems (Salesforce, Highspot, Close Plan). Emphasis on prospecting into enterprise accounts, presenting value-based ROI to multiple stakeholders, and thriving in a start-up/early-stage environment with disciplined sales processes.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of direct enterprise sales experience prospecting, closing new logos, and growing major accounts
- Experience selling subscription software/SaaS to CISOs and security personnel
- Proven track record of quota attainment and top-tier performance
- Technical competency in security, cloud, AI, or related areas
- Start-up experience with early-stage companies and resource-constrained environments
- Ability to prospect, qualify, present ROI, and close complex deals with multiple stakeholders
