Enterprise Account Executive

Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive for the UK remote team to sell Abnormal Security’s security solutions to enterprise accounts (>3k mailbox organizations) within a defined territory. You will hunt and qualify opportunities, generate and maintain a healthy pipeline, and work with Customer Success to ensure renewals and expansion. You’ll prospect into enterprise accounts, build a compelling ROI-based business case for multiple stakeholders, and coordinate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, BDRs, Product, and CS to drive close plans. The role requires disciplined sales execution, data integrity across accounts and opportunities (e.g., Salesforce), and a track record of over-quota performance in a startup-like environment. Must-have background includes enterprise software/SaaS sales to CISOs or security personnel, strong negotiation skills, and a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of direct enterprise experience prospecting, closing new logos, and growing major accounts
- Demonstrated ability to prospect into enterprise accounts and generate pipelines
- Proven ability to negotiate with large organizations and close complex deals
- Technical competence in security, email, cloud, AI, and SaaS sales to CISOs/security personnel
