Enterprise Account Director, Talent Solutions (Korea)

Job Summary
Enterprise Account Director for Talent Solutions in Korea; manage large enterprise accounts from Singapore with regular travel, expanding LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions footprint by aligning the portfolio with complex customer requirements. Lead executive-level commercial discussions around renewal and expansion of Hiring, Insights, and Learning products, ensuring optimal ROI and ongoing adoption. Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders (CHRO, CIO, CTO, business leaders) across multinational clients, drive opportunities across the deal cycle, and partner with local representatives and partners to grow the market. Hybrid work arrangement with periodic in-person events and market presence; travel to Korea markets as needed to serve the book of business.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years quota-carrying/sales experience
- Business fluency in Korean and English
- Experience selling to Korea Conglomerates/Enterprise customers
- Experience selling HR solutions/SaaS solutions
- Ability to multi-thread and find new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Ability to find and manage high-level business in an evangelistic sale environment
- Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
- Ability to orchestrate the closure of business with an accurate understanding of prospect needs
- Ability to include multiple partners and members of the company management team using competitive selling to position company products against direct and indirect competitors
- Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions
- Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results
