Job Summary
Enterprise Account Director at Adobe leads strategic, multi-year account planning and executive-level engagement to sell Adobe's Digital Marketing solutions to large enterprise customers in the HLS sector. The role emphasizes setting a north-star strategy for the business, proactively identifying paths to sales, and guiding customers to realize ROI from Adobe’s ecosystem. Responsibilities include building executive relationships (CIO/CTO/CMO/CDO), orchestrating cross-functional teams (Legal, Deal Desk, Product Marketing, Engineering, Support) and external partners to advance complex sales opportunities, managing a rolling pipeline, and driving the territory’s performance through collaboration with Marketing, Inside Sales, and Channels. Ideal candidates possess senior-level sales experience, a proven track record in selling SaaS/digital experience technologies to Marketing, IT, and brands, and the ability to work effectively in a team-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 to 7+ years with proven track record selling solutions to Marketing, IT, and brands in large enterprise organizations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, partnering with other Adobe teams including Sales, Support, Engineering, Product & Marketing
- Strong understanding of digital experience technologies and SaaS within the HLS space
- Validated Sales Excellence and creative, problem-solving approach
