Job Summary
Enterprise Account Director responsible for driving new business growth in the EMEA region for a SaaS platform. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing large, high-value deals, coordinating with Solution Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure a cohesive customer experience. Conduct rigorous prospecting, build and manage a strong pipeline, navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes, deliver compelling product demonstrations and business cases, lead deal orchestration including scoping, pricing, negotiation, and contracting, maintain forecasting accuracy, and collaborate on ABM campaigns and field programs to accelerate pipeline. Requires 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, track record of closing large complex enterprise deals, MEDDIC proficiency, and strong communication with executive stakeholders. Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment
- Proven ability to close large, complex enterprise deals ($250k+ ARR) with multiple stakeholders
- Experience selling into procurement, supply chain, data management, or adjacent enterprise domains
- Proficiency with MEDDIC or similar qualification frameworks
- Strong consultative selling skills with ability to diagnose problems, articulate ROI, and drive urgency
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level engagement skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing
- Familiarity with account-based strategies and value-based selling
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pipeline generation, orchestration, pricing, negotiation, and contracting
- Experience delivering product demonstrations and business cases in collaboration with Solution Consulting
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline forecasting
- Self-motivated, accountable, and able to operate in a fast-growth environment
