Job Summary
Enterprise Account Director at Cision owns and grows large, complex Enterprise and Government accounts by driving expansion ARR and durable NRR. You’ll lead strategic, multi-year account planning, manage renewals and negotiations across executive, procurement, and compliance stakeholders, navigate regulatory frameworks, and drive higher average selling prices with longer sales cycles. The role emphasizes advanced discovery, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to a Meddpicc sales process while proactively managing renewal risk, maintaining forecast accuracy, and aligning expansion strategy with portfolio delivery. The position requires senior-level leadership in complex, regulated environments, travel as needed, and the ability to operate as an individual contributor with strong strategic influence across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in a related role or experience
- Significant experience managing Enterprise or Government account portfolios
- Experience navigating procurement and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to travel when needed for client and internal meetings
- Proven track record in expansion and renewal outcomes
- Strong executive presence and strategic negotiation capability
