Job Summary
Own the third-party field events portfolio for OpenAI's enterprise segment, overseeing partner summits, major conferences, and external field activations; build annual and quarterly event plans aligned to sales priorities, industry strategy, and pipeline needs; define event goals, target audiences, account lists, seller ownership, executive engagement, and post-event follow-through; manage sponsorship strategy, budgets, vendors, agencies, and on-site execution; develop scalable playbooks and resourcing models for scalable event delivery; collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Comms, Design, and Marketing Operations to ensure cohesive messaging, demos, sessions, and executive presence; drive measurement of pipeline impact and post-event conversion and evolve the event operating system; candidate should have 7+ years of experience in field/enterprise event marketing and a track record of managing large portfolios and budgets, with strong cross-functional partnership skills.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in field events, strategic events, event marketing, partner events, enterprise marketing, or adjacent B2B GTM roles.
