Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive for Cohesity’s Federal (FED) team, responsible for expanding existing framework agreements and securing new framework agreements with OEM and channel partners. Build, manage, and advance a qualified sales pipeline sourced directly or via partners; engage with senior decision-makers in complex federal organizations; lead discovery, evaluation, proposal development, and solution alignment with Sales Engineers and leadership. Deliver value-based proposals connecting Cohesity’s platform to data security, resilience, and governance requirements, maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting, and share insights with product and sales teams. Travel as required; German language fluency and strong communication skills are required to effectively engage government customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience selling into Federal Government accounts
- Familiarity with Cohesity solutions (DataProtect, DataHawk, SmartFiles) or related data security/backup technologies
- Strong communication skills; ability to present to customers and stakeholders
- Fluency in German; professional English for customer/internal communication
- Willingness to travel as required
- Master’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to build, manage, and progress a qualified sales pipeline; engage with senior decision-makers
- Experience with enterprise technology solutions (infrastructure, SaaS) and channel/partner ecosystems
