ENT Physician needed in Vermont

Conduct clinic and call coverage for ENT patients one week per month. Perform standard "bread and butter" ENT procedures during scheduled clinic hours from 8am to 4:30pm on weekdays, followed by on-call availability from 7am to 7am.
