Job Summary
ENT Physician sought to join a hospital-employed ENT service line in a not-for-profit health system in Delaware. Practice features a well-rounded ENT role with up to 50% subspecialty time (including rhinology or head and neck), robust APP and audiology support, and modern facilities with Epic EMR and reliable OR access. 36-hour patient-facing week with protected administrative time, competitive salary plus wRVU incentives, signing bonus, relocation assistance, and strong patient volumes across two campus locations in central or southern Delaware. Community highlights include Dover and Milford with low cost of living and easy access to major Mid-Atlantic metros.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- MD or DO degree
- Eligible for medical license in Delaware (or equivalent)
- Ability to practice hospital-employed ENT services
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
