Conduct broad otolaryngology practice at one of two modern hospital campuses in central or southern Delaware, managing sustained community demand with clinical autonomy. Balance bread-and-butter ENT procedures with up to 50% of clinical time dedicated to subspecialty interests in rhinology or head and neck. Operate within a 36-hour patient-facing week featuring protected administrative time, shared call structures, and dedicated support from advanced practice providers, audiology, nursing, and medical assistants. Utilize Epic electronic medical record systems and dependable operating room access to deliver high-quality care in a collaborative, hospital-employed environment.
