MercyOne Medical Group/Northeast Iowa seeks a full-time ENT to join a multi-specialty group with established referral patterns and a focus on high-quality patient care. Compensation includes a $570K guaranteed base for 2 years plus production incentives, $75K commencement bonus, $37,500 longevity bonus after years 3 & 4, and a $15K moving allowance.
