General ENT with opportunity to subspecialize in Rhinology/Sinus & Sleep (including Inspire); robust APP and 2 dedicated nurses supporting the practice; minimal call (1:8 or better); high earning potential with a 700K starting base and 150K signing bonus; executive-level benefits including 35+ days off, 401K match, malpractice tail, relocation stipend; open to a flexible blocked schedule (2 weeks/month or 182 shifts/year) combining hospital/ER coverage with some outpatient surgery; located in a large Upper Midwest metro with high quality of life.
