Job Summary
General ENT with opportunity to subspecialize in Rhinology/Sinus & Sleep (including Inspire). Collaborative environment with 6 ENTs supported by 8 APPs and 2 dedicated nurses per ENT; minimal call (1:8 or better). Highly competitive starting base salary of $700K plus lucrative wRVU bonuses and a $150K signing bonus. Executive-level benefits include generous time off, 401K match, full health/dental/vision, tail malpractice, and relocation stipend. Flexible blocked schedule option available (2 weeks per month or 182 shifts per year) with hospital/ER coverage and some minor outpatient surgery.
