Job Summary
General ENT with potential subspecialization in Rhinology/Sinus & Sleep (Inspire). High-volume, University-level case mix with substantial clinical and administrative support (8 APPs and dedicated nurses). Very light call (1:8 or better). Competitive compensation with a 700K starting base plus wRVU bonuses and a 150K signing bonus. Attractive benefits package including relocation stipend and generous time off; option for a flexible blocked schedule (2 weeks per month or 182 shifts per year) reflecting hospital/ER coverage plus some outpatient surgery.

- Endocrine surgery interests welcome
- Peds or Laryngology interests welcome
- Robust clinical & administrative support (APPs and nurses)
- Minimal call: 1:8 rotation or better
