Job Summary

Coordinate learner enrolment processes for defined geographic/curriculum areas, manage learner applications, provide information, advice and guidance to help learners choose suitable programmes, pre-enrol learners using technology, check enrolment forms for errors, facilitate enrolment sessions (including online), finalise enrolments so teaching can commence, register learners with Awarding Organisations, and input learner/qualification data into internal CRMs. Collaborate with sales and other stakeholders, maintain learner engagement through the enrolment journey, and support with enquiries to ensure accurate and timely onboarding for learners.

Required Qualifications

  • DBS check on offer stage
  • Right to Work in the UK must be provided
  • proof of qualifications may be requested
  • experience with CRM systems (beneficial)
  • strong ICT and Microsoft Teams experience
  • attention to detail and organisational skills
