Job Summary
Admissions Representative to guide prospective students toward enrollment: evaluate eligibility and program fit, conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings, and support applicants through the enrollment process. Drive enrollment goals by leading outreach, setting appointments, assisting with applications, and tracking status. Support recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. Occasional evenings or weekends may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Associates' or higher degree preferred
- Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service with KPI achievements
- One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary post-secondary educational setting preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed
