Job Summary
Process daily Medicare beneficiary applications and disenrollments via membership systems, ensuring accurate eligibility determinations for CMS transmission. Analyze beneficiary history and regulatory guidance to identify appropriate election periods, while maintaining compliance with CMS and Zing policies. Generate correspondence for member outreach, perform root cause analysis on system errors, and assist with Daily Transaction Reply Report reviews. Enter COB data for claims adjudication and support mailroom processing of return mail. Adhere to productivity, quality, and compliance expectations while staying current with training updates. Bachelor's degree preferred with 1+ years of Medicare experience.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge and thorough understanding of managed care operations
- Ability to work independently, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge/Proficiency with MS Office
