Job Summary
The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and logistical support for enrollment processes at Catalyst centers, ensuring state compliance and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison with families to navigate the enrollment process, managing a caseload of approximately 350 children, and ensuring the compliance of family data with state regulations. The role requires experienced proficiency in MS Office, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Candidates must have a high school diploma and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years’ experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative functions
Desired Qualifications
- AA/AS in Business or related field
- Child Development and childcare funding experience
- Bilingual Spanish/English
