Job Summary
Manage a full pipeline of incoming students through the enrollment cycle from initial inquiry to a successful first term experience. Effectively respond to prospective students' concerns, issues, and inquiries while qualifying them for various academic programs across six colleges. Maintain high-level knowledge of all program offerings and services to articulate benefits clearly. Accurately document continuous contact using the Salesforce CRM system, track applicant data for smooth transitions, and produce activity reports as needed. Meet and exceed monthly enrollment objectives while working on special projects as assigned. Select roles may require visits to high schools, community colleges, and corporations.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of 3 years related experience in a customer-facing environment
