Job Summary
Complete intake forms on an iPad, prepare change of address records, and issue service discontinuance orders for consumers in Kansas. Confer face-to-face and by telephone with customers, families, guardians, and host agencies to provide service information and support the Self Determination process. Maintain confidential records of all customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. Identify opportunities to improve service offerings while upholding mission and values. This remote position requires daily travel and is open to candidates with a degree in Business, Human Services, or comparable experience.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Human Services, Marketing/Communication or comparable experience and education
- Must be able to travel daily
- Must be able to complete intake forms using an iPad
- Must be able to prepare change of address records
- Must be able to issue service discontinuance orders
- Must be able to confer with customers in person and by telephone
- Must be able to keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Must be able to communicate with family members
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of records relating to consumers
