Job Summary
Conduct targeted outreach to newly admitted students to coach them through registration, assessment, and payment processes. Manage caseloads to promote retention and persistence by handling inquiries on admissions applications, online orientation, and MyIvy access. Assist students in completing enrollment steps, reviewing assessment scores, and inputting waivers based on transcript reviews. Present new student registration and advising sessions in group and one-on-one settings while making referrals to campus departments. Work evening and weekend shifts within the Logansport Campus, adhering to FERPA and professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Direct experience in higher education
- Strong customer service skills
