Job Summary
Enrollment Specialist at GT Independence provides face-to-face personal service to consumers and their support circle in Alabama. The role is remote with frequent travel and a hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities include guiding the enrollment process with consumers and families/guardians, ensuring enrollment documents are complete and accurate, suggesting improvements to processes, maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance, and upholding company mission and values. Education preferred includes an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, Marketing/Communication, or relevant experience. Requires strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to work in a team, and willingness to obtain a Notary Public license. Work environment combines remote office work and community-based settings with frequent travel.
