Job Summary
Admissions Representative role at AIM to guide prospective students from inquiry to enrollment, including evaluating eligibility, conducting outreach via phone, email, and in-person/virtual meetings, setting appointments, assisting with applications, and supporting recruitment events like open houses and career fairs. Requires strong communication, time management, and a student-focused, KPI-driven approach; scheduled Mon-Thu 8:30am-5:30pm (one evening), Fri 8:30am-5:30pm, and occasional Sat events. Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associates' degree preferred. Compensation: $29-$31/hour plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates' or higher degree preferred
- Proven experience in sales or customer service with KPI track record
- One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for profit), post-secondary educational setting preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
