Job Summary
Enrollment Services Program Associate supports linear program admissions at SJVC: respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, present programs to prospective students, conduct campus tours, coordinate placement exams, arrange Program Director interviews, refer to financial services, complete enrollment packages, and assist with open houses, advisory board meetings, and lead generation; requires associate’s degree and evening/weekend availability, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to work with prospective students and campus services.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in enrollment/admissions or related field preferred
- Ability to work evenings for workshops and some weekends for seminars
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and campus software
- Ability to schedule appointments, present information, and coordinate events
