Job Summary
Conduct high-volume outbound telephone interviews with prospective students, providing accurate information on educational programs, outcomes, services, and financial considerations while determining enrollment appropriateness. Manage workflows to ensure regular outreach and follow-up with interviewed and enrolled students through matriculation, updating the Student Information System with detailed notes after each contact. Partner daily with the Student Finance team to guide students through enrollment timelines and document collection, and provide enrollment forecasts. Ensure compliance in all recruiting activities while meeting performance metrics and individual production goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree preferred, Associate degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience
- Superior organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in working with customer relationship management solutions
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to regularly sit
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms

- Must undergo education verification
- Must undergo county and national criminal background checks
- Must undergo a motor vehicle report
- Must undergo social security number trace/verification along with an address history search
- Must undergo a Fraud and Abuse Control Information System check
- Must undergo verification for access to the National Student Loan Database System
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales experience a plus
