Job Summary
Enrollment Services Associate who schedules and conducts interviews with prospective students, provides complete and accurate information on educational programs, outcomes, student services, and financial considerations, and determines candidate enrollment suitability. Manages outreach from interview to matriculation, collaborates with Student Finance, updates the Student Information System with detailed notes, and supports enrollment forecasting and team goals. Requires learning detailed information on campus program offerings (onsite, blended, and fully online options), maintaining compliance with recruitment laws, and delivering timely, accurate information while achieving performance metrics. Strong communication, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Associate degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with customer relationship management solutions (CRM)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
