Job Summary

Assist with enrollment, registration, and recordkeeping procedures by coordinating student registration activities, processing class changes, and entering related data. Maintain department records, compile reports, and track funds while providing clerical and customer service support to faculty, staff, and students. Coordinate programs, events, and special activities, including assembling bulletin information and assisting in instructional material development. Perform general front office procedures and gather data for various reports. This part-time role includes up to 28 hours per week, Saturday through Friday, with no visa sponsorship available.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • one year related work experience
  • equivalent education and experience that will provide the necessary knowledge, skill and abilities to perform the functions of the position
  • Knowledge of: variety of standard administrative and business methods and procedures
  • Knowledge of: standard Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to: read, write, speak, and understand English well

  • Ability to: proficient in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets and electronic mail

  • Successful completion of a background check including motor vehicles records report is required
  • Incumbents in this position will adhere to all safety and compliance policies of Colorado Mountain College while performing all duties assigned
