Job Summary
Part-time Enrollment & Sales Specialist, primarily remote with occasional monthly travel to the studio for program previews. Responsibilities include following up with new leads, conducting phone consultations, managing lead communications via phone, text, email, and CRM tasks, executing follow-up sequences to maximize enrollment opportunities, tracking lead activity and maintaining CRM records, identifying enrollment opportunities and guiding prospects through decision-making, re-engaging inactive leads, supporting retention and re-enrollment outreach, collaborating with studio owners and the corporate team to ensure a positive customer experience, and providing regular reporting on lead activity, conversions, and sales performance. Requires approximately 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling; remote work with occasional weekend travel. Compensation includes hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses; locations listed include Westlake Village, CA, USA. Bonus: prior experience with mothers/families or CRM is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, enrollment, admissions, membership, or client relationship roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
