Job Summary
Enrollment Representative at Chamberlain University with a hybrid work setup (4 in-office days per week; hours 9am-6pm PST, some days 11am-8pm PST). Responsibilities include proactively contacting and responding to prospective students via phone, email, and SMS; assessing and qualifying prospects through prequalification or interview; guiding applicants through enrollment in collaboration with other departments; building rapport with students in a high-volume environment; ensuring compliance with university standards; adapting to changes and supporting new student enrollment goals; representing Chamberlain’s culture of care in a team setting; and, for campus hires, hosting local campus events and promoting the university. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/evenings, with potential for working from home if assigned to a specific campus. Salary range is $21-$24 per hour, with benefits like health/dental/vision insurance, 401k, paid vacation and holidays. Location-specific considerations include Phoenix, AZ; Salt Lake City, UT; and Las Vegas, NV, with remote/hybrid options where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
