Enrollment Representative

Enrollment Representative to proactively contact and respond to prospective students via telephone, email, and SMS; assess and qualify prospects through prequalification or interview to determine fit with Chamberlain University programs; assist applicants through the enrollment process by coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth progression, student satisfaction, and success; build rapport and relationships via phone in a high-volume environment; support campus events and represent Chamberlain’s culture of care; role may involve remote or hybrid work with a four-day in-office schedule at designated campuses (Phoenix/Salt Lake City/Las Vegas) and campus-specific hours; requires Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and exceptional communication, multitasking, and adaptability, with willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; salary range $21-$24 per hour, with benefits eligibility and campus/community engagement responsibilities.
